Little Seedlings (Blossom)
(from the parable in Mark 4:30-32)
It’s like a seed, a tender mustard seed
Or a flower still to blossom or bloom
God works His miracles in us everyday
The individuals He patiently cultivates and grooms
Inspiration is like the parable of that tender mustard seed
It needs the right ingredients to grow
The right temperature, fertilizers, and quality tools
In our hearts God continues to sow
A mighty tree, we long to be
With roots deep in the soil
So that when life brings its wind and rain
God will cover us with his sanctified oil
He is the vine, we are the branches
To Him we faithfully cling
Thus ensuring our little flowers will forever blossom and bloom
In Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring
Are you in need of a friend today?
How can I even begin to express
The love, the warmth, the gentleness
Of my Savior, "THE SOVERIEGN" king
Whose death on the cross graciously covered my sin
How much more of a reason do I need?
To worship Him in thoughts and GOOD DEEDS
He is my refuge and is greatly my strength
In God I trust, more than the dollar or the cent
I’ve got to keep on pressing ahead
Always abiding in my daily bread
The Bible enriches me with so much truth
To reach the lost and inspire the youth
Are you in need of a friend today?
A gentle soul to guide your way
May I recommend our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ?

"Treasure Chess or your Chest"
Have you ever seen a blade of grass just after the morning dew
It’s slender frame stand tall and strong against the sky’s (pale blue)
Tiny beads of crystal cling sacrificially from its tip to the very foundation
A kaleidoscope of colors, reminiscent of our people, the Islands and different nations
Where is your treasure? Is it locked in a chest or sealed with super glue
Or is it found in a different chest, the one that God gave you
Does your treasure flow from your own heart with pure purpose and intent
1 Thessalonians 5:19 says, Do not put out the Spirit’s fire, do not treat prophecies with contempt.
So test everything, hold on to the good and avoid every kind of evil
May God himself- the God of peace, Sanctify you and hold you UP for he is faithful.

Lights, Camera, double time Action!
Come on people-feel the burn and satisfaction
Let the joy pump through your hearts
Opening values the circulation starts
One, Two, Three, Everybody clear!
Is that music that I hear?
Arousing the Spirit to my soul
The Spirit man now takes control
Raise your arms, raise them high
Lift your faces to the sky
Absorb God's power and His grace
Feel His presence surrounding your space
Rotate those necks from left to right
Suck in those abs and make them tight
You may not be in Holy Ghost shape
But God is looking for you to willingly participate
Flex your muscles and your mind
keep the rhythm, keep in time
Preparations to meet Him at the throne
Requires kneeling and praying
Hey, your thighs get toned
Walk in place and cool it down
we need to be in shape for the eternal CROWN!

Thy kingdom come
Which kingdom is that?
Some of you might question and state several facts
We ACT as if we are so confused,
Sometimes never knowing which way to choose
It can not be so hard to figure out
God’s love is for us is without a doubt
He gentle soothes us when we cry
And wins us with heavenly lullabies
The kingdom will then manifest
In those of us he has freely blessed
Who chose to follow him and learn his ways
Witnessing and worshiping with consistent praise
He said he needs his will to be done
We can not be immature for the battle to be won
As children he might understand
But not as big ladies and gentlemen
He will not tolerate inconsistency
The work requires constant intimacy
Our daily devotions and fervent prayers
Forwarded up to the Father, who truly cares
Thy kingdom come
Please come through me
I give myself, my heart to thee
To be used as a vessel in a mighty way
This prayer I pray faithfully everyday
Reflections
The image of him is the image of you
Your reflection carries the biggest clue
His spirit is like a living presence
His awesome power, his intoxicating essence
God lives in you, he lives in me
His Holy Spirit is the prescribed remedy
For all our doubts, distress and fears
We seek his face as he answers our prayers
To fellowship and worship Jesus Christ
We need obedience more than sacrifice
Extending his kingdom and winning souls
Destroying the enemy and breaking strongholds
Do you feel him in you? Can you see him in me?
He has wrapped us with layers of sweet intimacy
The gift of eternal life which he freely bestows
On the church, his bride, whose hand he holds
So take another look or a glimpse in your mirror
And remind yourself that you are never inferior
You are a gentle Queen or perhaps a mighty King
Reflecting God’s glory, like a white dove with open wings
Your Five Senses
You see out of your eyes
God sees within your soul
The Spirit cannot respond to hearts stagnant and cold
You hear out of your ears
God speaks within your heart
He's looking for his faithful vessels
For his kingdom work to start
You taste what's in your mouth
It vocalizes the word
Your testimony is strong and t®ue
And will melt hearts when heard
You smell scents from your nose
God's sweet perfume is near
The sensitivity of the spirit
Responds to love and not fear
You touch using your hands
God's power you use to heal
Connecting with each others faith
His miracles are now revealed
So taste, touch, smell, hear and see
That the spirit of the Lord is t®ue
The spirit has a clear location
He lives inside of YOU!
BE STILL AND KNOW THAT HE IS GOD
Be still and know that He is God
He parted the red sea, He brought the flood
If you have a question of what He needs you to do
Wait for your instructions, for He has chosen you
God is within you, you will not fall
God will help you at the break of day, to overcome it all
Though nations are in an uproar, we pray for all of them
We meditate on God’s promises from Psalm 46:10
Be still and know that He is God
One day his son will return and reveal every fraud
There is still a blessing upon Little Cayman, Cayman Brac and Grand Cayman
We the people take action and pray for restoration to our land
Jesus is within you, He is within me
With the Holy Spirit we will always have the victory
Let us reclaim our heritage
Everyone, both young and old
Therefore I say, Be still and know that He is God, therefore we have every right to be bold!
LIGHT 3 (THE THIRD POWER)
Light shines through the thick velvet darkness
Opening blind eyes, or so it seems
The Lord is our light and salvation,
And Jesus the son, who forever redeems
Christ, in you the hope of Glory
Colossians 1:27 says
Faith is being sure of what we hoped for
And asking for God’s favor like Jabez
From the fullness of his grace we have all received
One blessing after another
To come before his presence, joyfully singing,
And thanking God, the Father
So let your light shine before all men
And do not hide it under a bowl
Let your reverence to God, forever be seen
Your purpose driven destiny, now unfolds!
WOMEN OF
(Q)UALITY
So pure and so sweet are Women of Quality
Their innocence is much to behold
They flourish even on rocky terrain
Melting rigid hearts ever so cold
Their integrity is one of God’s greatest blessings
Their strength and wisdom is worth more than gold
Their beauty is just a sample of what’s deep within
The sweet Holy Spirit dwells in their soul
I see myself as a woman of quality
With great worth and approval in God’s eyes
He’s repositioning me and guiding me
To eventually reap the eternal prize
Are you also a woman of quality?
Are you resting and abiding in him
Perhaps you have fallen along the wayside
And allowed sin to slowly sneak in
I say, never hate, doubt or ridicule
Your mother, sister, friend or anyone
Oh woman, sweet woman of quality
So pure and so sweet
Yes, His fight for you has just begun!
GOD'S CHAMPION
It’s no mystery,
That throughout history,
The kingdom of God has been forcefully advancing
We say we’ve got the victory,
But our lives paint a different story,
Of defeat and days of misgivings
Not even the warriors of old,
Could fight with skills like the youth today- who are more bold,
Who should be equipped for the battle to come!
I say! Open the gates, ring the bell,
Round one, the Devil is going straight to hell
He knows he will be defeated,
That’s why he schemes and has cheated
some of us from eternal life with Christ
What a shame, what a mess, what a terrible price
Round two, he says he is coming for you
But I reiterate
We’ve got the victory
Were there is love-there can not be hate
He tirelessly try’s to fool us with material things,
Like riches and power, some of our favorite things
Round three, HA HA!
Yet again I bring the Holy Ghost heat!
He most soon get tired of his constant defeat.
Oh no! He won’t give up; he is going for round four,
But oops I did it again…………
I forgot to tell him that JESUS is my friend
He was the referee of the match from the start
Seeing everything but not interfering, testing my heart
I’m going into round five
Thank GOD I’m still alive
I sense the devils maneuver,
But I was quick and ducked under
And with my newly learnt upper cut
I hit him hard in the jaw and then the gut
He hits the floor hard
His face contorting with pain
He weakly tries to move, again and again
I watch him squirming on the floor
EIGHT! NINE! TEN! The referee roared!
God had already declared that I would have the victory,
He just wanted me to know for myself that I HAD IT IN ME!
PARELLEL VISION
Through the storms, through the rain
Through the hurt, through the pain
I’ve learnt to trust in Jesus
I’ve learnt to trust in God
Through the day, through the night
When I’m wrong, when I’m right
I’ve learnt to seek his face
And not always to seek his hand
In a corner, in the middle
Playing trumpets or a fiddle
We must learn to stand firm
We must practice trusting God
In the heavens, on the earth
Whether lowly, or full of worth
As a people we must press forward
Persevering in our stand
Parallel vision and unity
In God we trust, the Holy Trinity
Rest and abide with us forever
Your blessed people, we stand firm together, Amen
Confident discussions with Jesus
When I am lonely and need a friend
Jesus takes my hand and guides me in
To a place of such tranquility
In his presence I bow in humility
I have never wanted his presence more
Than in these times when I’m so lonely and insecure
All my plans and dreams seem unfulfilled
He gentle reminds me he loves me still
He says, “Do not fear my gentle one
My fight for you has just begun”
I remind him that I am so afraid
He whispers that I should simply call his name
Sometimes I cry and ask how long?
He constantly reminds to remain steadfast and strong
“Be strong in persecution, be strong in distress
Be strong for your brethren who witnesses your test”
“You are not alone for I am right here
Guiding you, coaching you, eliminating your fear
Do you not remember where I brought you from?
We’ve been through this before my little one”
“Okay, okay”, I mumbled in reply,
“You can not blame me Jesus for asking you why”
You can obviously tell that I am far from perfect
But God clearly thinks that I am well WORTH IT!
He reminds me of all his great and wonderful things
And all his marvelous and unique little blessings
So quite frankly there seems to be no real reason
Why I can’t simply wait out the storm for this season
But oh, I can be so stubborn and impatient
OBEDIENCE HE WANTS, he says DO NOT FOCUS ON THE HATE!
He will not tarry for he is on his way
And when he moves there will be no delay
I’ve resigned myself to wait in faith
To work with him and willingly participate
He is working on me and perhaps on you
I’ll see you at the end when we all get through.
Amen.
THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE
Marching to ONE sound, ONE beat
In God’s Kingdom- push forward MY feet
So bold, so strong, I’ll overcome
I look to heaven, thy will be done
ATTENTION Youth! The signal that is sent

I march everyday for the future of our Island
Our people, our culture, the crystal waters and our white sand
God said we are blessed; we are a mighty nation
Although we’ve been through some Trials & Tribulations
Think back on all he has brought us through
Hurricane Gilbert, Hurricane Ivan
And the effects of 9/11 too
Soldiers! Yes Sir!

Pick up your shields of faith and testify
JESUS is Lord over the blessed land of Jamaica
With him I march, with him I stand
Now, you may be young, old or in-between
There is a place for you in this army
